Our cuisine bears a clear, seasonal signature and stands for a conscious approach to high-quality products. We prefer to work with regional produce and base our menu on the four seasons. This results in dishes that are based on craftsmanship, familiar flavors, and a clear taste.
Under the direction of chef Jasper Wesch, we combine seasonal accents with timeless classics. In addition to the menu, we offer selected culinary theme nights throughout the year, creating space for enjoyment, exchange, and special moments.
