a) Incompatibility with accessibility regulations:
- Some foreign-language words or phrases that appear in the alternative texts of images used on the website, on descriptions of links and in headings are often not pronounced correctly by assistive technologies such as screen readers. It is currently not technically possible to edit the pronunciation.
- The WP Grid Builder is used on the website to display overviews (grids and some sliders). This technology is not completely barrier-free despite contradictory manufacturer information; operation is possible without barriers, in some cases assistive technologies such as screen readers display irrelevant information.
b) Disproportionate burden:
Please fill in additions
Videos on YouTube:
Videos are hosted and published on the YouTube video platform. It is not possible to provide the required audio descriptions or a textual alternative (WCAG success criteria 1.2.3 (Audio description) and 1.2.5 (Media alternative)), which means that the spoken content is not available for deaf users. We are of the opinion that a correction would represent a disproportionate burden in terms of accessibility regulations.
